Having trouble curbing your sweet tooth?
2 quick suggestions...
1) Remove sugar from your diet. I know this sounds crazy but sugar is like a drug. Your body become addicted to it and gives you "cravings" even when you are not hungry. And by sugar, to be clear, I don't mean sugar found naturally in fruits, but the kind of sugar that is found in processed / packaged foods, baked goods and sugary drinks. give yourself 4 weeks without sugar and watch your cravings for it go away!
2) Can't kick sugar completely, OK, try substituting your mid day candy bar with a chocolate protein drink like Shakeology which fills you up and gives you the chocolate fix you are craving! Looking for a Reese's Peanut Butter cup, add a scoop of Almond butter to your Chocolate Shakeology for a special little treat!
Looking to try Shakeology, just ask me for a FREE sample, and then try this yummy recipe.
